Contracts are undertaken by Excel Executive Chauffeurs Ltd.

Account Charges:

All account charges shall be invoiced no later than the last working day of the month in which they are incurred. Payment is due within 14 days of the date of each invoice. Late payment will incur interest charges.

Additional Charges:

All parking, bridge, motorway tolls & Congestion Charges Will be added to invoices.

Overnight accommodation charges will be added to the client’s invoices where necessary.

A charge will be made for the restoration of any damages to our vehicles caused by clients or passengers, including the removal of stains.

Wedding Deposits:

We do ask for a £50 non refundable deposit per wedding vehicle.

Cancellation Charges:

Weddings will receive a full refund minus the £50 deposit per vehicle

Vehicles:

We reserve the right to change any vehicle operated by us with an equivalent or upgraded vehicle. If an upgrade vehicle is supplied no additional charge will apply.

Whilst we make every effort to meet deadlines, no guarantee in this respect can be made due to circumstances beyond our control.

Amendments:

These terms & conditions are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right to amend them at any time but no changes would effect existing contracts at that time without prior consent of the client.
